Adipurush Movie Story
At the heart of Adipurush lies an enthralling tale inspired by the ancient Hindu epic, Ramayana. Directed by the visionary filmmaker, Om Raut, the movie brings to life the iconic characters of Lord Rama, Sita, and the formidable antagonist, Ravana. The film tells the story of Raghava, a prince of Ayodhya who is exiled to the forest after his stepmother Kaikeyi usurps the throne from his father, King Dasharatha. In the forest, Raghava meets Janaki, a princess who has been banished by her father, King Janaka. The two fall in love and get married.
One day, Lankesh, the king of Lanka, kidnaps Janaki. Raghava sets out to rescue her, accompanied by his brother Lakshman and an army of monkeys led by Hanuman. After a long and bloody war, Raghava defeats Lankesh and rescues Janaki. The film ends with Raghava returning to Ayodhya and being crowned king.
